Ray Phillips
Vice President
Ray received his B.S. in Business Marketing and Biblical Studies from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN, and his Arizona teaching certification from Pima Community College. For three years, Ray taught in the elementary grades at Academy of Tucson before transitioning to the high school grades in Bible, Math, Physical Education and Health at Desert Christian Schools in Tucson, Arizona. He and his wife Amy have also developed and taught a specialized preparatory class for high school students preparing for the S.A.T. exam.
Besides his formal degree work, Ray holds a certificate with the Association of Christian Schools, International (ACSI), and is certified with an English Language Learner endorsement. Ray is excited to join the ESNS team and to help meet the educational, organizational, attentional and emotional needs of local students and families.
